Pursuit Suspect Hops Fences Through Phoenix Neighborhood Before Arrest

Sky 12 captured a pursuit through Phoenix that ended with the driver of an SUV losing a tire before fleeing on foot through a neighborhood.

The driver hopped several fences while trying to elude police, but he was captured by police.
