Bay leaves
Whole Peppercorns
Salt
Cooking oil

SAUCE
Garlic
Onion
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp annatto powder (dissolved in 2 tbsp water)
1/2 cup peanuts (crushed)
1/4 cup glutinous rice flour (toasted)
1 tbsp brown sugar
Fish sauce
Ground pepper
2 cups water

VEGETABLES:
2 eggplants (sliced into your desired size)
Bunch of string beans
Bunch of pechay
