Over 700 people from Clackamas County, Oregon, attended to support and reaffirm freedom from forced mask wearing and forced vaccinations, and forced segregation over these issues. Over 55 attendees submitted verbal testimonies regarding the personal damage caused by these issues. Some of the testimonies included documents submitted to the commissioners' clerk to be recorded into the Board's records. The meeting room on the 4th floor of the building was filled to capacity, as well as the outside hallways and stairwell down to the ground floor. The attendance was so large that the building's outside doors were closed to further admittance, and a large group stood outside the door in hot 97'F sun to watch the live streaming on their mobile devices, and to lend support to the people in the meeting room. It was noted by the Board that the Oregon legislature has willingly given Governor Kate Brown unprecedented sweeping powers over the course of 10 votes. So, those powers now enable the executive branch to issued edicts as law, bypassing the legislature, nullifying the safeguards of constitutional separation of powers.
