Kabul flights resume, Taliban vows safe passage

U.S. military flights, along with some civilian aircraft, have resumed flying in and out of Kabul's airport, the Pentagon said on Tuesday, and the Taliban said it will provide safe passage for civilians trying to leave. This report produced by Chris Dignam.
