What kinds of physical activities are beneficial to fitness?
The activities you choose will be determined by the level of fitness you desire to achieve. There are three types of fitness: physical, mental, and spiritual.
1.Aerobic fitness forces you to breathe faster and your heart to work harder for a short period of time. Walking, running, cycling, and swimming are examples of aerobic exercises. Cardio or cardiovascular training is another name for aerobic fitness.
2.Muscle fitness (strength) entails making your muscles stronger and extending the time you can use them. Weight lifting and push-ups are two exercises that can help you increase your muscular fitness.
3. [Flexibility] the capacity to move your joints and muscles through their complete range of motion is referred to as flexibility. Stretching is a workout that improves elasticity.
