The Tandy 1100 FD with DOS 3 and Deskmate Vintage laptop

This is the Tandy 1100FD, it came out in 1990 and has the NEC C20 10MHz processor with 640KB of ram. It's a CGA, monochrome backlit LCD with a single PC speaker.
Currently it runs MS DOS 3.30 and the floppy doesn't work
