1959 Johnson 35hp Super Seahorse RDS-21 part 1

A new customer brought me a 1959 Johnson Super Seahorse 35hp outboard. Model number is RDS-21 customer is saying that it has low power. So, we are going to do a compression test and see if we can figure out what is wrong with it.
