This 7.2x54 stick features a dark tan firm yet lightly packed wrapper with a dry soft silky feel, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and faint soapy aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with mild-medium bodied smoke showing flavors of a sweet bright cedar with a smooth pepper coming on to the deeper earthy finish. The first third holds the same flavors but ups the body to medium-full with excellent construction even in heavy winds. The ash holds almost 2 inches but the burn is a bit fast. 30 minutes in at the 1/2 way point the burn slows down, construction is flawless and flavors remain bold, dropping the sweetness and extending the deep earth to the draw. Ending at 55 minutes the last third goes to a zingy earth, black coffee and lighter pepper on the draw with a dry wood on the long finish.
