Dr Stephen Guffanti recounts his experience as a patient at Sarasota Memorial Hospital (Florida I assume). The mistreatment he saw (and experienced) was SHOCKING... crossing the line into abuse (in my opinion). He was strapped to his bed when he wanted to leave... his room mate was left untreated for pneumonia.
