This full hearing is uploaded so you may hear for yourself what happened. The propagandist Vanessa Brito is giving your version of the story.

Viewing the full thing for yourself you will hear:

1. Judges order in plaintiffs favor will only apply to the 10 plaintiffs, albeit FLDEO may take notice.
2. Brito's Attorney Behren resisted to expedited hearing next week as he did not have time.
3. Kitchen and Mattox both said they will be there whenever the court chooses the date.
4. FLDEO attorney stated succinctly how plaintiffs have delayed the case. Of which Kitchen confirmed that FLDEO was not delaying the case.
5. No mention of retroactive pay was discussed by the judge, or the attorney's on either side.
6. The judge discussed that FLDEO attorney motion to dismiss only addressed venue.

The judge appeared to focus on, correctly, whether or not Florida had the authority to end the FPUC.

If the judge orders the injunction issued the case is effectively won by the plaintiffs. Except if an emergency appeal stays the injunction then the case is won by defendants as there will be no remedy after August 28th, the last week of the program in which a new agreement must be signed.

If plaintiff wins on the merits all this comes down to if retroactive payments contrary to Federal law and USDOL guidance is attempted to be implemented by Bidens administration and not challenged by DeSantis administration
