Taco Bell is Using COVID as Excuse to Test Getting Rid of as Much of the Human Component as Possible

Taco Bell has decided to take advantage of things with the coronavirus in order to change their business model and get rid of as much of the human component to it as possible, including in regards to their customers. They are billing it as touchless even though people will still be handling food. There will only be drive-thru service and their priority will be on serving those delivering for food services like Door Dash or using the Taco Bell app. This is while drive up customers will be treated like second class citizens in comparison.
