Joe said people will not be on an Embassy roof in Kabul, Afghanistan attempting to escape. As that happened in Saigon, South Vietnam in 1975. Yep, he was correct: Instead of scrambling to get on a helicopter on an embassy roof, people scrambling to get on a U.S. jet at the airport in Kabul.
