We do the sidequest which involves helping a Purehearts player respond to Motoi's complicated text message. Then we go back to the gatekeeper to score enough points to open the way. We could go to Tipsy Tose Hall right away, but I'm going to solve the other urban legends and do the remaining sidequests first.

NEO: The World Ends with You can be played on the Nintendo Switch or the Playstation 4. There's a PC version of it coming out later this year.
