Lathe Chuck Changing Hack for Heavy Chucks

In this video I show you my setup for managing heavy lathe chucks. My lathe is old and has a threaded spindle nose, which complicates chuck changes. My biggest chuck is a 12" 4 jaw and it's too heavy for me to mount up by hand.
