Ultimately, all of these issues can be solved. Glimesh needs some fixing, let's try and nudge them in the right direction. Honestly, if they create a safety barrier for their staff and upper management, as well as help Paco become a better manager through training and practice, then Glimesh can easily be set on a better path.
