David Menzies and Sheila Gunn Reid lambast the new luxury vehicle tax imposed by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's Liberal Party, which is set to kick in on January 1, 2022. The new tax will see vehicles that cost $100,000+ pay an additional luxury tax. But what is a luxury vehicle? It's not just Mercedes, Lexus and Ferrari owners being impacted, seeing as a pickup truck used for work can easily reach that $100,000 threshold.
