The English football team Sheffield Wednesday sued a fan who trademarked one of their common fan hashtags ‘WAWAW.’ According to the Sheffield Wednesday spokespeople, they were confident the trademark would be overturned as WAWAW is believed to be a phrase grown organically from the Sheffield Wednesday fan base.
