Doctors in Galway hospital refusing to give me a 2 line letter that will save my life

I want to access treatment abroad, but these psychos won't give me a letter stating they can't treat my very very rare disease that's killing me slowly. They won't let me treat myself, they won't let me access treatment abroad neither will they give me the medication I require.
