Tropical Depression Fred has slowed down a bit

Tropical Depression Fred has slowed down a bit, but is still moving to the WNW at 12 mph. Wind is still 35 mph with central pressure slightly lower at 1012 mb. Low level circulation can be seen on satellite, but it is broad and disorganized.
