A gentle, reclined, yin yoga practice to aid with seasonal transitions and to found balance leading up to, during, and after the Autumnal Equinox on September 22nd.
This practice will help with grounding, anxiety, emotional and mental balance, relaxing the breath, and help open and nourish the meridian lines that affect our immune system.
