This 5 5/8x46 stick features a dark brown firmly packed buttery wrapper with a slight tooth and oil sheen, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and a peppery wood and hay aroma. First light reveals a good draw with big full bodied smoke showing flavors of an oily zesty peppery tobacco and earth with a long finish of the same. The first third smokes very well continuing the big body and flavors with the addition of a subtle sweetness on the draw and dark roast coffee through the finish. The ash only holds on for less than an inch so watch it ;) The 1/2 way point comes at 30 minutes with the burn slowing down. Construction is excellent, with the big shift in flavors being the huge coffee taking over the draw with a light earth undertone. Finishing at 1:10 the last third burned even slower, showing no further changes.
