Cmdr. Charles Wilhite relieved Cmdr. Cary Issacson as commander of the Naval Safety and Environmental Training Center July 30, during a ceremony at Vista Point on Naval Station Norfolk. The Naval Safety and Environmental Training Center, a tenant command under the Naval Safety Center, provides education and training for military and civilian Navy and Marine Corps personnel, both afloat and ashore.
