Dismantling Microaggressions

As Task Force One Navy leaders have listened and learned from fleet Sailors, a common theme has evolved. Many feel they have been disrespected by others who use derogatory remarks to undermine their dignity. We break down this phenomena called microaggressions and issue a challenge leaders at all levels to place respect at the core of our team cohesiveness.
