Tamara Ugolini attends a freedom rally in Oshawa, Ontario where messages of unity were shared in anticipation of an expected fourth wave and reimplementation of restrictions this coming fall and winter in Ontario. Rallygoers also held a vaccine vigil for those between the age of 12–25 who passed away within seven days after receiving their first COVID vaccine dose.
