Police Officer Punches Grandmother

Info from Licensor: "I was a passerby, and I heard lots of screaming and shouting. I noticed the police had a male pinned to the ground. At this point, I walked over and started to video what I have sent over today. There were lots of people watching in shock as the family of the male being pinned to the ground tried to calm the police down. The officer in charge was swinging his arms around to anyone that came near. He raised his fist to the younger woman first which then she backed off. Secondly, the policeman then knocked down the victim's mother by punching her twice in the face. This made the situation ten times worse. They then cuffed the male and dragged him across the floor. It was so horrific to watch more because there were children and members of the public."
