Man Hides Fentanyl in Fake Soda Can, Fesses Up During Traffic Stop.

Deputies seized a bag of cocaine that was hidden inside a fake soda can and about 9 grams of fentanyl during a traffic stop in Deltona, officials said.

The driver told deputies with the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office that he wanted to “keep it one-hundred” with them, which is another way of saying ‘truthful.’ He told deputies that the substance inside the faux 7UP can was fentanyl.

The man was arrested on charges of trafficking fentanyl and driving with a suspended license, deputies said. A woman involved in the traffic stop faces a charge of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.
