Government planning to pay farmer to stop farming

NZ ecologist urge the government to pay farmers to stop farming in the name of stop climate change. Bioethicist believe human should be engineered to be short and be made intolerant to meat. Carbon Dioxide continue to feed the world while it greens the planet.
