Squats and Posterior Chain 8_9_2021

Squats! Worked up to 115kg (253lbs) x 4 plus some other movements. Almost all of my training is now fasted and I've seen a decline in strength (without a doubt) so I'm pretty happy with this heavy set. The workouts are are geared more towards GPP (engine building) as opposed to purely strength or hypertrophy, which is another reason why I'm not overly concerned about how heavy I am going. With time, I expect the weight to start climbing again.
