U.N.: Humans caused 'irreversible' climate change

U.N. scientists have issued a clarion call on catastrophic climate change, and confirmed that it is "unequivocally" caused by humans. Unless emissions are slashed, it said, temperatures will cross the 1.5-degree Celsius threshold within two decades. Lucy Fielder reports.
