U.S Army Soldiers take the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) during the U.S. Army Europe and Africa Best Warrior Competition at U.S. Army Garrison Hohenfels Training Area, Germany, Aug. 7. The ACFT is comprised of six fitness components which measures a Soldier’s muscular strength, power, flexibility and coordination. These competitions enable our best Soldiers to showcase excellence in their skills. When they return to their units, they will use their tested and validated skills to build upon unit training.
