We're in the lead-up to the anniversary of the end of Bretton Woods and the Nixon Shock of August 15, 1971, when the US closed the gold window and essentially ended the post-World War II era of Bretton Woods, and now, we've had endless money printing. Meanwhile, the Nigerian government is in panic, and it banned the transaction of cryptocurrencies through banks.

An array of factors from political repression to currency controls and rampant inflation have fuelled the stunning rise of cryptocurrencies in Nigeria. The Nigerian government then announced the pilot scheme for a new government-controlled digital currency, hoping to reduce incentives for those who want to use unregulated cryptos.

Bitcoin is a tier-one global store of value, similar to gold and competing with fiat money, even putting fiat money out of business. The question now is, which country will emerge as the leader and dominant force in the 21st century among the US, China, and the UK? Their common problem is that they have entrenched oligopolies in the fiat-money world.

Nigeria, a country suffering from inflation, has a huge population of young people that are online on their phones. As for El Salvador, it was downgraded by Moody's because it has adopted Bitcoin. Nigerians are fortunate because they have accepted the idea of Bitcoin. They have been able to circumvent the government directives.

With Bitcoin, you can transcend all the oligopolists and establish a new kind of presence that asserts the individual sovereignty of the individual creativity, right, and dominion of the best. You have the opportunity to shine and be part of a new meritocracy that's driven by unconscious shareable hardest money ever created.
