Vlog 005 of my weight loss journey. What an incredible first 5 days of intermittent fasting. I have already lost 2.7kg (6lbs)! I haven't even tried that hard or done that much exercise. My mind is blown. It's such a cliche but it IF really is a game changer.

This is my vlog of my weight loss journey. I'm a 30 something year old and have always been fat, but I'm embarrassed to admit I'm at my heaviest ever and I want to change that. This year has already seen some significant changes in my life and I want to continue that trend. I want to get from 155KG to 90KG within the next 2 years if possible, before I start doing international travel again.
