No inserts available at the Vax center, Victoria BC

I went to the covid vax center on Douglass st. Victoria BC to get an insert, but I was told that "pharma removes them from the box before they ship the vaccines to the centers" ?!
This video is my second conversation with the young man who helped me (who was very polite and intrigued by my questions).
We are not supposed to film in there hence the terrible quality, sorry.
I was sent on my way with a couple internet addresses scribbled on a paper and an island health authority pamphlet... He didn't even have the list of ingredients he said he did...
"informed" consent is not possible!
