Billie is reporting on the following:

1. Doug Billings was in a meeting a few weeks ago, possibly mid July, with General Flynn was sharing he is interesting in forming an organization of an Alliance of Patriots.
2. Simon Parkes says in a few weeks, sometime in August, the military is going to go to the U.K. and bring Simon to Florida for meetings. The plan is later in the fall, he will be in Florida, Texas, Arizona+. In previous reports, Simon is over the Med Beds. So, this may be why the military is bringing him to Florida for these meetings to do some planning and rollout to the aforementioned states.
3. It has been recently reported by Doug Billings and Simon Parks that all the military will have to have the pharma in the arm. Doug and Simon know that Biden has no control over the military. Plus, this is not supported by the will of the people. It is reported that 30% of the military has received the pharma for the arm.
4. Further, Gene Decode reported that the military had been infiltrated by non-humans and that the pharma for the arm will affect those individuals.
5. ShariRaye is reporting that there have been 230,000 arrest in the U.S. and globally there have been 2.5 million.
6. Project Odin is designed to take out the MSM satellites in order to take over the media. When this happens, the military will be broadcasting on TV in 8 hours sessions military tribunals. Project Odin will be the Alliance Satellites and they will be run by 10 nations. They will be protected by secret space assets and weapons.
7. On August 11, 2021 there will be an Emergency Broadcast (EBS) Test.
8. On August 22, 2021 is when the EBS goes live and we will have 3 days of blackout - no electricity. When the power comes back on the new Tesla Energy System will come online.
