My Breaking Bad Series is a series of content for life and business guidance with deep conversations because the two are intertwined - INCREDIBLY intertwined!

"Business" means the life you live "out there" making you money so you could own it or you could just own your trajectory in someone else's business. Either way, it's OWNERSHIP.

I want to help us all remember that we CAN CHOOSE to break out of bad ______:

HABITS
CONDITIONING
CHOICES
LOOPS
THOUGHTS
HEALTH PATTERNS

This includes tips, tools, and techniques to work through key elements related to these categories, and these conversations will blend personal life and business life.

This first episode is focused on: Choices - Changing Perspectives

We’ve all heard that “Winning is an attitude, not a result.” But, here’s the catch, we’re taught through conventional wisdom, be it societal pressures or otherwise, that we should measure success in terms of outcomes like a house or car, etc.

What we’re not shown or told is that the spiritual (the soul, the place of our inner wisdom) and the empowerment we receive through the growth that we obtain when we're taking action and defining success for ourselves is WAY more powerful of a measurement. A material outcome does not mean success.

I wrote a recent article on that on Thrive Global, you can check it out here.

The growth and evolution of our lives is a much better measurement tool as this takes us on higher roads towards consciousness and awakening.

In this episode, I’m going to share with you 3 simple principles to use in your BUSINESS (and life) right now as to how to change perspective.

This works for me and I know it can work for you, too:

1- Think of your life as an EKG monitor, the ups and downs (aka vicissitudes) of your life is all good as long as you're moving FORWARD (slowly but surely)

2- Understand that your ability as a human being is beyond anything you think you're capable of RIGHT NOW. The caterpillar goes into a chrysalis to become a butterfly. We are NOT any different and we have the ability to do this over and over and over again in our lifetimes

3- Do not measure yourself against social media or things that make you feel “less than”
