Blue Heart Foundation creating opportunities for next generation of San Diegans

Tracy Morris felt like he didn't have a lot of good opportunities when he was growing up, so he started Blue Heart Foundation as a way to make sure Black teenage boys in San Diego have a chance to expand their horizons.
