Even though the Supreme Court had already ruled that the CDC could not enforce another Eviction Moratorium, the current Administration, under political pressure, was able to convince the CDC to enact yet another Moratorium. The Housing Market has now officially entered into the Political Arena and it will be interesting to see how all this plays out.
