Liposomal Vit C @ 5 PENCE per gram , 95% Encapsulation - No Ultrasonic cleaner!!!

This is my best batch yet! All you need is the following : L Ascorbic Acid
: Sunflower Lecithin
: Bicarbonate of Soda
: Water , Pan , Container , Hob
: Blender (not too powerful and fast!) Hand blender will do.

About 90 minutes , allowing for the added time the minimum amount of Bicarb needs to transform the Ascorbic acid into Sodium Ascorbate. This 90 minutes includes around a hour for stirring , blending , gentle heating and testing.

When we buy Liposomal Vit C it's usually at least £1 per Gram. You generally get a month's worth for £30 or more BUT that's a month taking ONLY 1 gram a day! I'm closer to taking that months worth in 24 hours , which would be pretty damn expensive at retail prices!!
