Chinese auto firm fires staff for discussing having Kris Wu as brand ambassador.
A group of NETA Auto employees were dismissed after discussing having a potential collaboration with embattled singer Kris Wu to represent the brand.
According to  The Global Times , NETA Auto, a brand under Hozon Auto in China, has triggered a fierce discussion on Weibo on Wednesday for firing employees who discussed having Wu represent the brand, citing that these employees seriously challenged social values.
The report said one of the staffers said as the spirit of NETA Auto was to give people a second chance, so he discussed with co-workers about inviting Wu to become the ambassador of the brand.

This employee also said that this idea would make the company famous on the internet within five minutes and was worth a try.
And in case the plan failed, the team could simply apologise and fire the staff responsible.
