The Premier, Francois Legault, is introducing Vaccine Passports akin to those in New York City, because all of his excessive governing hasn't stopped the spread (to his liking), so the only reasonable solution is in fact; more Government. Perfect.

Now that the first Province has fallen in line, the Border to the South looks to be closed indefinitely with the strike of the impoverished Border Workers. They've had it pretty easy over the past 18 Months, only having to screen Politicians and Elites going to and fro, but hey, might has well make hay while the sun shines.
