The last couple of weeks my inbox has exploded with questions like "Why is my baby all of a sudden experiencing cat napping???" Given the whole stay at home, self-isolation thing that's going on many parents are finding themselves struggling to get their baby or toddler to nap and nap well.

If your baby was previously a great napper and in the last week or so you have started to experience catnapping or protesting come nap time...it may be due to the fact they haven't built up enough sleep debt.
