We go do our other sidequest at the Shibuya Hikarie, which is a quiz. I saw a blue noise, but I don't know if we ever got to fight it, since the red noises got to us, too.

NEO: The World Ends with You can be played on the Nintendo Switch or the Playstation 4. There's a PC version of it coming out later this year.
