Instructional design has many models. The ADDIE model of Instructional Design has five phases; Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The Analyze phase has eight steps. Validate Performance Gap, Identify Probable Causes, Prove Need for Instruction, Determine Instructional Goal, Confirm Intended Audience, Catalog Required Resources, Decide Potential Delivery, and Compose a Project Management Plan.
