This acai smoothie recipe is great for breakfast or anytime. Packed with acai berries, blueberries and more, you'll have energy to get through the day.

Acai Power Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 frozen packet of unsweetened Acai Puree, I bought at Trader Joe’s
1 cup frozen organic Blueberries
½ frozen banana, broken into chunks
¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
¼ cup raw walnuts
3 tbsp. Hemp hearts
2 Tbsp. date paste or your favorite sweetener
¼ of a large avocado
⅓ cup of full fat coconut milk
Start with ½ cup of almond milk and add more to get the right consistency.

Directions:
Break the frozen acai packet into pieces before putting it in a blender (to make it easier on your blender). I whack my packets on my concrete steps! Do what works for you.

Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and add more almond milk to get the consistency you desire. Blend until smooth. Enjoy! Feel free to add or subtract ingredients.
