DOOGEE S96 Pro Experience After 1 Week of Outdoor Vacation (E.G. Kayaking, Roller Coaster)

I'm using this phone since quite a while in normal life usually at home and in the office and it has been doing a good job so far, but how does it perform outside where it's actually built for?

Here my quick findings:
PROS:
- Huge battery which lasts about 2 days even with heavy usage
- Bright screen with good visibility even with bright sun
- Extra button for underwater photos
- Has an additional loop for a wrist strap or floater (e.g. on a boat)
- Very responsive
- Makes good average pics with the pro of IR night shot and wide angle (but only 4:3)
- Works still very good with a case

CONS:
- Heavy
- Selfies are acceptable, but not the best quality and often overexposed
- Extra button has been triggered on some rollercoaster rides (but can be deactivated ...)
- No video stabilization
- No 16:9 aspect ratio in wide angle camera mode
