Low Carb Southwest Spaghetti Sqash

We've got a healthy and super yummy one for you. We are making a low-carb southwest spaghetti squash. I was worried that my kids wouldn't eat it because they don't really care for squash but they devoured this one...SERIOUSLY!!! You have to try this one :) Thanks again for watching this week. INGREDIENTS:
• Lot of Prayer and Tons of Love
• Spaghetti Squash
• 1 lb ground beef or any protein
• 1/2 Chopped onions
• 3 cloves Chopped garlic
• Chopped Red and Green bell pepper
• 1 Can of black beans
• Cilantro (optional)
• Cheese (however much you want)
• Olive Oil - drizzling
• Salt & Pepper
• 1 tbs cumin
• 1 tbsp Onion Powder
• 1 tbsp Garlic powder
• 1 tbsp Paprika
• Cayenne Pepper - However much you want
• Cook in air fryer at 400 degrees for 20-25 min
