The Henrico County Police Division found and arrested Ruckersville resident Christine Weston Chandler on Sunday.
Chandler has been charged with the following:
Va Code: 18.2-366 Incest
Chandler is being held without bond at the Central Virginia Regional Jail.
Additional charges are pending as this is an ongoing investigation.
