MEDITATION HELPS US IN SO MANY WAYS
If we understood how much meditation can help us make progress in life, I guarantee more people would be doing it. It is the most effective, easiest and cheapest thing to introduce into our routine
When you ask the question, “why do people meditate?” or “what are the benefits of meditation?”
Clearing the mind, calming our thoughts, relaxation and concentration are common answers
This however is not all meditation is for. It can be used for so much more and is so effective
Here are examples of how I use meditation for me and my clients
The key is to set an intention before going into the meditation. Create a space so that all distractions are avoided.

Before going into an argument
