A little pep talk to myself and others

Blame and excuses happen far too common in our society

Many of us want changes to take place in our lives but the truth of the matter, most of the time we do not want it that much

We wish we could, but not ready,
we wish we could, but we are too busy
We wish we could, but it’s too hard
We wish we could but they are not helping me

We are quick to blame and make excuses but ultimately it always comes back to us. If we really want something to happen, and we beleive it and know it, we will do what we can to get there

People want a quick fix, people want their hand held, people want everything done for them.

Life is a journey and we must be working at it everyday.

We can take the pressure off ourselves by setting more realistic time periods to make these wishes become a reality.

Why the rush? The key to progress is consistency, the key to happiness, is consistency. We have to be doing something

If we get used to getting small tasks completed and keep working away at our goals, we will go from

I know

If we want things in our life to change, we must change

- We must take ownership of it now,
- we need to stop making excuses for ourselves
- We need to focus on what we want
- Identify all the limiting beliefs, write them all down
- If it seems too long, Break down into smaller tasks
- Make it realistic
- Set ourselves up for success
- Work with people who have done it before
- Work with a coach to get us thinking outside the box and to get out of our comfort zone
- really think about what we want and set goals
- Work backwards and get to work on that life we deserve

It’s time to take action and start working on our life, the life that we want.
