My name is Harry Thomas and I am a Life Coach, Motivational Speaker and a Spiritual Teacher

This channel has been created to inspire, motivate and educate as many people all over the world

I have been on my own self discovery journey over the past 4 years and within that time I have grown so much

My entire life has changed

Originally from the Health and Fitness Industry where I have been a personal trainer for over 16 years. Within that time I ran a company called No1 Fitness where we had two successful personal training studios in London and a Fitness Academy, where we trained people to become personal Trainers

I have recently walked away from that part of my life and I am now coaching full time. I have just left the UK and currently living in Brazil
